Theo was thrilled with his stay at Blue Mountain Dog Camp. I am beyond happy to find this gem. John took great care of my boy for 5 days while I was in NC helping folks in disaster area. Beautiful fenced grounds to run and play in wooded area was so important to me. Alaskan Malamutes can be a handful. John handled with ease. Prisitine horse stalls converted to dog suites. Very reasonable rates, pay in cash. Certified, licensed and inspected. Theo greeted me with joy, but i can tell he was quite alright to stay!! If iI could give 10 stars, I would. Go check them out!

I have not had the need to board in a long time. heading to Western North Carolina to assist in disaster areas. I came across Blue Mountain Dog Camp close by after not being too thrilled with others in my area. My boy is 7 month old Alaskan Malamute, If you know the breed, they can be a handful. A mere kennel with limited run would not do. We are outdoors active with hiking and running.

I immediately was greeted with warm welcome from John and Ruth and instantly felt at ease. What a beautiful gem they have here. A horse barn/stalls converted into suites. Several outdoor runs. Theo had fenced acres to run and play in wooded area. The grounds and kennels are pristine. John even sent happy photos of my boy while i was away for 5 days. Very reasonable rates. I couldn't be happier. Upon return, while Theo greeted me with joyful glee, he was more than willing to stay!!! We will be using Blue Mountain Dog Camp often!!

Blue Mountain Dog Camp is a beautiful boarding facility located at the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Bethel, PA.  The air is crisp and clean. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. There is plenty of room for dogs to run and play in fenced-in grass and wooded areas. John takes excellent care of each dog. He treats each boarder as his own pet.  If your dog is boarded here, he/she will have a great vacation!
